Articles - other authors

                                                                on a variety of subjects.

There are so many qualified professionals out there who have done some great books, web sites and videos for anyone seeking help. I prefer to send you to their sites because I feel that you will be better served by these professionals rather than me trying to explain any of it when they do such a great job. I give you my experiences in my section of articles and in the book but the following articles are written by others who are experts in their own right and areas of expertise.
I would give them credit for their hard work and send you to information from qualified professionals so that you can better make fully informed decisions about your health.

I will be adding more articles, videos and sites from time to time so check back.
These are some to get you started.

I found that learning about the different kinds of relationships within families helped me to get out of the pattern that I was stuck in for so long. The family patterns are the hardest to overcome. While I feel that I have made a lot of progress in other areas and relationships, I feel that for myself, the family patterns are the most frustrating and the most difficult to heal.

5 Keys of Dealing with Workplace Conflict (or conflict in general for that matter

"While you can try and avoid conflict (bad idea), you cannot escape conflict. The fact of the matter is conflict in the workplace is unavoidable. It will find you whether you look for it (good idea – more later) or not. The ability to recognize conflict, understand the nature of conflict, and to be able to bring swift and just resolution to conflict will serve you well as a leader – the inability to do so may well be your downfall."

Here is an excellent article on how to make the transition to a healthier diet and some of the reasons why it is beneficial. Don't feel like you have to make this transition overnight. Pay attention to how you feel and what your body and your spirit are telling you. Just a few months ago, after nine years of cleansing, detoxifying and juicing, I was able to go for almost three weeks eating all raw foods, which is something I have not been able to do yet. I have done many juice fasts of ten days or so but never all raw foods. It felt right for my body now but I pay attention. I started out with mostly juices but felt that I needed to add more solid foods to my diet for a few days. I did have a handful of some chocolate covered pretzels, some wasabi peas for the lymph system and some toasted seaweed for minerals, but other than that - all raw and I felt great. My body and my mind and my spirit feel strong but it took me a while to get to all raw foods even for just a few weeks. A lot of the time was spent getting out the old energies, fear and trauma that I was holding on to and learning new skills to be stronger emotionally. Pace yourself and do not feel that you have to do anything on a schedule. Don't feel that you have to go all raw. Pay attention to your body and health and what works best for you. I still do not eat an all raw diet all of the time.                   List of commercial and other products.                             List of clean and unclean meats.

The Torah is full of rules - how to worship God, how to treat each other according to Him, what we can
and can't eat (have you ever noticed that all the animals that God considers "unclean" are the carnivores
who eat anything including disease-laden garbage and roadkill?)....Yet the church decided all "old" stuff
that was just for "the Jews"....

I wanted to add the above articles for your consideration. Once a person gets used to the different energies of the body and of different foods, a person will notice the different effects that each food has on the body. There is actually a very good reason that some foods were declared to be unclean. One possible reason is because animals that eat garbage such as a pig or shellfish, including shrimp and lobster, may have diseases because of what they eat. They also have a "lower energy vibration" than that of foods such as fruits and vegetables. Accordingly, this will lower the energetic vibration of a person. So if we eat these things, then we are lowering our vibration and the higher our vibratory state, the closer to God, if that makes any sense to you. I think there there are also other safety issues as well. For instance, clams filter water and possibly dirty water and the residue would remain in their flesh. Bottom dwellers eat garbage, some meats like pork contain parasites and pigs eat everything. If you follow the Bible, note that Jesus also sent demons into swine. Do you think that tells you anything about pigs or their flesh being unclean? If so, do you think that has any effect on your body or that there might be a good reason not to eat it? It doesn't mean that you cannot eat these foods if you wish, but just be aware of the energies of different foods and some other possible reasons that may have been the reason certain foods were declared "unclean."

Is Pork Forbidden to Muslims Only?
The Jews and Christians are also forbidden from eating pork. Here is a quote from the Old Testament to that effect: "And the swine, because it divideth the hoof, yet cheweth not the cud, it is unclean unto you: ye shall not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead carcase." Deuteronomy 14:8

If our bodies are strong and healthy physically, mentally and emotionally then we have a better chance of increasing our connection with God. It doesn't mean that you can't have a connection to Him if you are not strong in all ways. It just makes it a little harder. If we have strong and healthy bodies, minds and spirits then we can be even more connected with Him and protected by that connection. The more I clear out the lower energy vibrations and eat better then the stronger I feel that my connection becomes. I still work on this daily and I struggle, especially physically, because of the damage to my body so I am not perfect in any sense of the word. However, I did take note of how foods affect my energies along the way and I have found that it does indeed make a difference.  Clean hearts, clean minds, clean feelings, clean body and clean spirit all increase our connection with the Creator. You don't have to do these things but if you want to be closer to God, then these things will help you get there.

FYI: Some web sites of those speaking against new age practices include vegetarianism in their lists of "evil' things. I do not agree with them in this regard. How is killing an animal even for food not evil but only eating plants and grains and harming no animal is evil? That doesn't make sense to me. God doesn't forbid people from eating meat but not killing is one of the ten commandments. For me, this applies to animals as well as people but you may feel differently and wish to eat meat. Energetically speaking, there is a difference in energy between a vegetarian and a person who eats meat. The energy of the vegetarian is generally much lighter, more gentle and much calmer than that of a person who eats meat. Meat eaters have a heavier, thicker energy and sometimes more aggressive energy. Of course this does not apply to everyone but only some observations that I have made over the years with regard to energy.

Shame is often under intense anger or rage. It is more comfortable or often much easier to be angry than it is to feel ashamed or hurt. Your behavior, what you have done or what has been done to you is not who you are as a person or as a spirit.

…The same is true with someone who has been deeply shamed. That shame can
develop into repetitive thoughts of guilt or obsessive-compulsive behaviors, all ways

strategies developed by the mind to keep a person’s deeper feelings dissociated.
